Near Marquette in the UP, the Marquette ski area has 22 trails with a maximum vertical drop of 600 feet. It known as the most challenging in Wisconsin and Michigan. The Alpine Park is designed for advanced riders with bumps, spines and pipes. The terrain park is considered the best park in the Midwest.

If you are into freeriding glades, try the glades off the backside.

Located just a few miles from beautiful Lake Superior, Marquette Mountain is easy to get to from downtown Marquette and Northern Michigan University. Just head out of town on US41 going towards Harvey, turn at Beef-A-Roo and follow the signs.
