Boyne Highlands Ski Area Snowboarding

Near Harbor Springs, the Boyne Highlands Ski Area has 44 runs open to snowboarding with a max vertical of 550 feet. Boyne Highlands is known for some of the steepest runs in the midwest.

To reach the snowboarding at Boyne Highlands Ski Area from US75, use Exit #282 for Gaylord. Turn left heading west SR32 for 13 miles. Once you reach US-131, turn right (north) and continue for 15 miles passing Boyne Mountain along the way. Once in Petoskey, head straight as US-131 turns into US-31. After about 3 miles, turn left at the intersection of US-31 and M-119. After another 3 miles on M-119, turn right (north) at the intersection of M-119 and Pleasantview Rd. Keeping an eye out for Teddy Griffins Road House on the left (3 miles), turn left at Teddys onto Highland Rd. The entrance will be less than a mile down on the right.

Overall, Boyne Highlands Ski Area is the 15th most popular snowboard & freeride destination of all 20 snowboarding resorts in Michigan.
