North of Bedford near Claysburg, the Blue Knob Four Seasons Resort has 20 runs served by 3 lifts with a maximum vertical descent of 1,072 feet. The best Blue Knob snowboarding is usually found during the months from late-January to mid-February.

To reach the snowboarding at Blue Knob ski area from the PA turnpike, take US99 North. Follow US99(Rt 220) North to the Claysburg/King exit. Follow business Rt 220 N to Claysburg. Turn left at the traffic light onto Ski Gap Road and follow the signs.

Overall, Blue Knob Ski Area is the 16th most popular snowboard & freeride destination of all 17 snowboarding resorts in Pennsylvania.
