Near East Burke, the Burke Mountain Ski Area has 55 runs open to snowboarders with a max vertical of 2,011 feet. There are 5 lifts serving 270 acres of skiable terrain. Burke Mountain at an elevation of 3,267 feet offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding Green and White mountain ranges. There are over 100 acres of maintained glades to explore.
In case you haven't been to Burke in a few years, there is a new summit quad lift. Also, in the summer of 2012, the owners of Jay Peak purchased the reosrt and plan better snowmaking along with new lodges.

To reach Burke Mountain Resort snowboarding from US91, use Exit #24. Take a left onto Rt 122, go 2 miles. At light (4-way) go straight through onto Rt 114. Go 7 miles through the Village of East Burke and the sign for Burke Mountain will be on your right. The Burke Mountain Ski Area is located at 222 Sherburne Lodge Road in East Burke.
