Northwest of Concord near Newbury, the Mt Sunapee Ski Area on southern NHs biggest mountain has 60 runs open to snowboarders over 220 acres with a max vertical of 1500. Theres also a a 420 x35 half-pipe, 2 quarter-pipes, and a terrain park. Students, ask for the discount college card.

To reach Mount Sunapee Ski Area from Concord, head north on US89 to Exit #9. Head west on SR103 for 16.5 miles to the intersection with Edgemont Road. Turn left heading southwest into the Mount Sunapee Ski Area complex. Continue on this access road for 0.8 miles into the ski area parking lot.
