To reach Mount Seymour from Vancouver, follow Highway 1 to the Mt Seymour Parkway Exit (just north of the Ironworks Bridge in North Vancouver). Head east on Mt Seymour Parkway. Turn left on Mount Seymour Road and follow it north to the end.
