Northeast of Santa Fe in the town of Red River, the Red River Ski Area has 63 runs spread across 210 acres served by seven lifts that access a maximum veritical of 1,600 feet. From a summit elevation of 10,300 feet, there are about a dozen black diamond runs perfect for snowboarding; one of the most popular is the Cat Skinner from the top of the new Platinum triple down through the trees on the west side. Overall, the Red River Ski Area receives an average annual snowfall of over 200 inches.
The freestyle snowboarders in your crew will enjoy sessioning the three terrain parks. Hollywood is the main park with large hits, jibs, jumps and hits.
