Southwest of Concord and southeast of Henniker, the Pats Peak ski area has 27 trails served by 9 lifts accessing a maximum vertical descent of 710 feet. There are also seven gladed areas for riders to explore. At this small family-friendly ski area, the best Pats Peak snowboarding can be found during the months of January and February.

Pats Peak Ski Area is known for its 100% snowmaking capability and 100% night skiing capability. On powder days, make sure to check out Twister and then duck into the woods and try the abandoned West Wind Trail.

Pats Peak has expanded into Cascade Basin with a new triple chairlift and four new runs. These runs are on an east facing slope for nice sunny skiing. There is plenty of snow making in Cascade Basin, and there is a new gladed section to check out.

To reach the snowboarding at Pats Peak from Concord, head north on US89 to Exit #5. Head west on US202 for 7.4 miles. Turn left heading south on SR114 through Henniker for 2.7 miles. Turn right heading west on Flanders Road for 0.4 miles. Turn left into main parking area. Pats Peak ski area is located at 686 Flanders Road in Henniker.

Overall, Pats Peak is the 14th most popular snowboard & freeride destination of all 19 snowboarding resorts in New Hampshire.
