East of Montreal and southwest of Sherbrooke, Ski Mont Orford has 30 runs served by 5 chairlifts with a maximum vertical drop of 589m. The runs are divided across three mountains, with the largest being Mont Orford which is the third highest peak in Quebec. The ski area is known for its gladed areas. The best Ski Mont Orford snowboarding can typically be found during the months of January and February.
To reach the snowboarding at trailhead from Montreal, head east on Highway 10 to Exit 118. Head north on Highway 141 for 5km.
Tip: Check into their First Tracks program which gets you on the lifts an hour before they are regularly open on Sundays.
