Near Zakopane, the Nosal Ski Complex has a single narrow, steep run served by single seat chairlift. In addition, there are a few small runs with tow ropes.
There are numerous small ski areas surrounding the town of Zakopane interconnected by taxi or irregular tourist bus. Most visitors stay in Zakopane and hit each of the areas. Overall, there are 21 runs served by 19 lifts accessing a maximum vertical of 993m. The runs are mostly beginner slopes.

To reach the snowboarding at Nosal Ski Area near Zakopene, fly into Krakow. There is a train from Krakow to Zakopane.
