North of Mongolia and south of Irkutsk on Lake Baikal, the Baikalsk-Sobolinaya Ski Area has 6 pistes served by nine lifts accessing a maximum vertical descent of 500m. There is some off-piste freeriding at Baikalsk-Sobolinaya Ski Area, but it is heavily gladed with dense forest.
