Near Novokuznetsk in Siberia, the Sheregesh ski area has five pistes served by six lifts (mainly drags) accessing a maximum vertical drop of 600m. These Zelenaya mountains are known for their deep cold smoke powder. The runs are not particularly challenging and there is limited off-piste freeriding.
While there is a train from Moscow to Novokuznetsk, the direct 48 hour train is expensive. Flying from Moscow to Novokuznetsk is a much better option.
