Southeast of Zurich and northwest of Chur, the Pizol ski area has 29 pistes totalling 43km that are served by 11 lifts accessing a maximum vertical descent of 1700m. Ideally suited for beginner and intermediate snowboarders, Pizol is also very popular with daytrippers coming down from Zurich.

For the freestyle snowboarders in your crew, Riderpark Pizol offers a small terrain park located between Furt and Gaffia. It has a range of boxes, rails and kicker lines accommodating a range of skill levels.

To reach Pizol by air, fly into Zurich International Airport (ZRH). Take the train through downtown Zurich and connect to either Sargans or Bad Ragaz. There are buses from Sargans to the Wang Talstation, or from Bad Ragaz to Bad Ragaz Matells Talstation.

Overall, Pizol is the 57th most popular snowboard & freeride destination of all 80 snowboarding resorts in Switzerland.
