Southeast of Toulouse and northeast of Andorra in the Pyrenees, the Font-Romeu ski area has 56km of pistes served by 23 lifts with a maximum vertical descent of 440m. This family-friendly ski area has short forested pistes. This ski area links a few small villages, but you may want to avoid the Pyrenees 2000 resort, which is one of those purpose-built resort towns with no charm.
The Neiges Catalan Lift Pass covers Font-Romeu and Les Angles, along with ten other nearby ski areas.
Overall, Font-Romeu is the 39th most popular snowboard & freeride destination of all 47 snowboarding resorts in France.
